Excellent Professional Customer Service May of 2014 I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Barnes Crossing used cars in Saltillo. Within the 1st week I heard a knocking noise in the motor. I May of 2014 I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Barnes Crossing used cars in Saltillo. Within the 1st week I heard a knocking noise in the motor. I ended up taking my car back to them 3 times. All they could tell me was it must just be the way the motor sounds. I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. During my visits, I met a young salesman named Antuan Daniels. While I was waiting for the shop to look at my car, Antuan was very attentive to my husband and myself by listening to us explain what was going on with the car. Antuan was the best experience I had with purchasing the 2011 Hyundai! I was referred to Barnes Crossing dealership to go talk to Joe Marshall (owner). Joe told me to come up there and he would take care of me. When I went to talk to Joe, I asked for the salesman Antuan. I was very impressed by his professionalism. I wanted Antuan to be the salesman to help me with the trade in on the 2011. By the time I drive away from Barnes Crossing Hyundai dealership, Antuan had me placed in a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with 24k miles. I love my new car!!! I would highly recommend the salesman: Antuan Daniels to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!! Great job Antuan!!! I look forward to doing business with you in the future!!! More
