Barnes crossing Hyundai Mazda was a totally new and pleasant experience for me. I walked in just to check out a few vehicles I had seen online that were 3-6 years old. Antuan and I had spoken on the phone and he greeted me as soon as we pulled up. I told him the Tucsons I had looked at online and he said Ok well how would you feel about a Santa Fe, it's a step up and I think I have the perfect one for you.' He was right as soon as I saw it I fell in love we went for a test drive and I knew it was the car for me. It was right in our price range and in almost new condition which is something I never thought I would be able to afford. Antuan waited (with a smile, unlike other dealerships in the area we had visited) as me and my husband discussed the vehicle and what sort of down payment we wanted to put on it, etc. He then walked us through the whole process that they go through with finance companies and took our application to his manager. He came back out and we talked like old friends. He didn't run out and ignore us while we waited for approval and finance. The managers and finance team were just as personable and non-pressuring as Antuan. I will absolutely be recommending Antuan and Barnes Crossing Hyundai to everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. We went in expecting to get a 2011ish Tucson with 90k+ miles and drove away in a single-owner 2015 Santa Fe with 35,000 miles on it at a price we could afford. Best car buying experience I've ever had. More
