My experience with the employees at Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda, located in Tupelo, Mississippi, could not be described as anything but superb. In my search for a new car over the course of merely two days, I visited three different dealerships throughout the Memphis and northeast MS region. I had been hoping one dealer would offer an obviously unbeatable price for both my trade-in and the new vehicle, and at Barnes Crossing I was fortunate enough to do business with a friendly (and more importantly honest) salesman that did just that. Chace (possibly spelled Chase) was a genuinely goodhearted person and salesman, a quality not frequently observed in the car dealing business, and his offer was truly the lowest out of the three prices I received. The customer service representative with whom I spoke after sealing the deal, Justin, was incredibly knowledgeable about every single aspect of my new vehicle, and was likewise a personable and easy-going employee. Both were enjoyable to do business with, as were the handful of other employees with whom I met briefly during the time I spent at the dealership, and I would be foolish not to recommend them very highly to anyone looking for a transaction that is extraordinary in its transparency as well as its customer relations. Tim Tanner is a very helpful person. I went in thinking there was no way I was going to be able to get a new car, but with the freindly help of Tim I now have a 2010 Mazda 3 and I love it. The transmission in my wife's car was about to take out and we were due for another vehicle. My wife had seen the Mazda Tribute online and I stopped to take a look. Will Robinson met me in the parking lot and I was running short on time so I did not hesitate getting right to the point. We discussed what price range vehicle I was looking to buy and if I had a trade in. Will was very polite and understood my time crunch. He got the keys to the vehicle so I could check it out then we went inside to check my credit. We briefly discussed my trade in and the problems I was having with it then he offered me $500 more than another dealer even with the bad transmission. He approved my credit and told me what my payment would be. I called my wife and told her to drop buy after work and take a look to make sure she liked it. Will told me if she liked it she could take it with her that evening! Awesome. He would drive 50 miles to where I would be the next day for me to sign the papers. This was a huge help. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a knowledgeable sales staff that makes trading vehicles a pleasure. More

Everyone was so nice. My experience was great even though i stayed there for 5 hours before making a deal. At one point he could tell i was getting irritated so he went out and got us pizza to eat while we waited. Once the deal was made Matt turned us over to Justin Blinson. He educated me and my daughters on the electronic part. My daughters are 17 and 20, this car was for my 17 year old's graduation present. He simplied everything for us. He taught us how to personalize the vehicle with our iphones. He also taught us about the navigation system. These guys were superb! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for making my daughter happy. It made me happy! **Upon my request i was given the car fax. I looked at 4-5 cars. Requested car fax on each. There was never a problem they provided them. I also used my app i have on my iphone to determine the actual valve of each and every vehicle. They patiently waited while i plugged all my information into my phone to compare retail to dealer price. I was very comfortable with the dealer price compared to retail. When i was done at the end of the day i felt very comfortable with the sale. I really do appreciate the respect and honesty these guys showed me. So many people treat ladies different from guys when we go to buy a car. Ive searched several places for my daughter a car and this place won me over. Not once did the gentlemen there try to insult my intelligence and that means a lot!!! More
