Danielle was great. I filled out an application online and shortly thereafter Danielle contacted me about my options and vehicles she had that she believed I would be interested in. I drove down and she showed me a car that I did like. I told her I wanted to think about it and went home. The next day she contacted me by email and we discussed several things and that afternoon I returned to the dealership. She had everything ready to go for me. I test drove the car and loved it. She was very courteous and took all the hassle out of the whole process. Never once did I feel that I was talking to a Car Dealer, but rather an actual honest business woman. If you have every bought a car, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. She gave me a great deal on my trade and before I knew it the car was mine with no hassles or headache. I am definitely going to recommend friends and family members to Danielle for all of our future car needs. Everyone was so courteous and wonderful, wanting to know if there was anything they could do for us. The car we were going to look at got sold as we drove in the parking lot; they went to the Warehouse and if there was anything they could do for us. Bill who did our financing stayed with us until 9 pm to complete our paperwork, even though the dealership closed at 8pm. We were introduced to all the individuals in the service department, parts and check out, so we would know who we would be dealing with when visiting the dealership. Justin Blison also spent 2 hours with us explaining all the features on our Santa Fe Limited. The GM also called us the day after we purchased the car to make sure we were happy with it so far; that was above and beyond a GM duties. We don't believe that anyone could offer better customer service; we look forward to buying our next car with this dealership. More

She took us on a great test drive where we got to really get a feel for the vehicle. When we got back they were finished valuing our trade and offered me what I felt was a very reasonable trade offer. We bought the vehicle we test drove and it was a very smooth process. Danielle was great. Then once we completed our paperwork, Justin came and took us out to our car and gave us an extremely thorough demonstration on all the technology and safety features of the vehicle. He set up both of our phones for bluetooth and answered all of our questions and then we were on our way. This seemed like a very reputable dealership, the employees were all friendly, helpful, and seemed to like their job. I would definitely buy from them again. More

I had it planted in my head that I'd never be able to buy another car with my history!!! I took a chance and gave the dealership a call, Tim was the sales rep I was transferred to and he told me up front th another car with my history!!!
