I highly recommend this dealership! My husband and I have been talking about buying a car for years and yesterday was the day. He began to show us different options they carry. We knew we were very interested in the Mazda 5 but wanted to look around too. Melvin was kind enough to show us a used Mazda 5 and let me drive it. I knew immediately this was the car for me. He then showed us a 2012 model which had almost everything we wanted and a great price. We talked it over and knew this was the car for us. We have two boys, 5 & 8, so we needed some extra room but still wanted to stay small and sporty. The Mazda 5 is a perfect blend of comfort and style for those who are not quite ready for a full size van. Justin did an awesome job at introducing to me all the features the Mazda 5 has to offer. I am super excited with our choice and look forward to having it for many years. Our experience was great!!! Cory and Justin have called me and asked if I was happy with the car and made sure that i did not need anything else or have any questions. Cory also checked the vehichle I traded in and found some things I missed and brought them to me at my work. I have had my hyundai for a few years and have dealt with the service dept numerous times. Majority of the time they are difficult to deal with. They never follow through with promises and I end up having to the service dept numerous times. Majority of the time they are difficult to deal with. They never follow through with promises and I end up having to bring my vehicle back for the same problems that were never taken care of in the first place. The only good service I receive is while getting an oil change. They are usually quick and reasonable in that area. Also, the attitude of the service dept could be a little better. I always dread having to deal with folks that drag out issues for months and then have a bad attitude to go along with it. It is very obvious there are unhappy employees here. More

I was very intimidated to buy my first new car and Tim from BC Mazda made it very easy for me. He did not pressure me into test driving or buying anything I didn't want and was very helpful in explaining from BC Mazda made it very easy for me.
