i brought my car in for a problem with trying to crank the car and air conditioning. after a bit howard rodgers came and told me that my battery failed all tests and that i would get a new one. but i did the car and air conditioning. after a bit howard rodgers came and told me that my battery failed all tests and that i would get a new one. but i did not know that the battery box was not put back together properly after the new one was put in. i looked under my hood and noticed the box looked broken so i looked closer and only one of the latches used to secure the top of the battery box was latched and the wire coming from the battery was not put thru the guide hole. the box was open on the interior and the side was not in the right place. there is also a smaller rectangular box that was not latched and the top was able to move freely. what if during all the driving the battery wire was damaged from the constant movement of the top and bottom of the box? the date wasn't even scratched off the battery. i don't dare think what could've happened if the top had jarred lose and vibrated around under the hood. the damage it could've caused. i wish whoever serviced my car had taken a couple more minutes to put the box back together like it was supposed to. i'm distrustful, angry and disappointed with the service department over that. i wonder how they would feel if their car got the same treatment. Our experience with this dealership was amazing. From the first time we walked onto the lot, we were greeted with friendly, competent service. We knew what vehicles we wanted to look at and what our pri the first time we walked onto the lot, we were greeted with friendly, competent service. We knew what vehicles we wanted to look at and what our price range was. Todd made sure to show us only the vehicles we might be interested in and what we could afford. He did not constantly try to influence us to buy something more expensive. We also had a VERY difficult finance situation. Todd worked with us, and then Bryan came in early to work on our financing. Eventually, they were able to get us the deal we were looking for. They did not give up trying just because it was difficult. No one at this dealership ever treated us as "second-class" citizens due to our financial situation. We have been to multiple dealerships during this process. Ultimately, their amazing service and attitude is why we bought here. More
Purchased my first vehicle from here and I love it. I was so excited about purchasing my first car and recieving a FREE TV for doing so. Needless to sale I didnt get the tv because they were out of stock and so excited about purchasing my first car and recieving a FREE TV for doing so. Needless to sale I didnt get the tv because they were out of stock and every time i go back they dont have them. Also, after the sale was final about two months afterwards I started recieving letters saying my warranty was out and I needed to take action but when I purchased the car I got a 3 year warranty. Also the service department checked my tires and said they fixed it but when I left the tire was still low. i took the car to max tires and they found the problem on site and fixed it :-( Overall i love the car and the staff was great!! Patrick and Vence were AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!! Will recommend this dealership to everyone!!!! More
Buying a "new" car has always been something I dreaded until now. I needed to buy a newer car and I went on line to the website and filled out the form for financing and within a couple of hours dreaded until now. I needed to buy a newer car and I went on line to the website and filled out the form for financing and within a couple of hours Chace called me to inquire about my needs and was SO helpful. He assured me that he would find something I would be very happy with. We communicated by email and within a couple of days I had scheduled a time to come and drive a car. The morning I was to be there he had to call me to say the car he wanted to show me had sold the night before but again assured me that he would put me in a nice car. I arrived at the lot and he met me at my car. We looked at a couple of cars and within 3 hours I was on my way home in my new car. Phenomenal service all the way around from Chace, the sales consultant to the financing to the detailing of my car. Will DEFINITELY go back to Barnes Crossing to purchase a car and hight recommend them to anyone I know needing a new car. More
