My sales person was Joe M. He has now sold cars to my parents and grandmother, making me the third generation of customer that he has helped. The car market is tough right now as interest rates are high and supply is limited. However, with Joe's help, I was able to select a vehicle that met my needs and that I am proud to drive. I am also able to reach Joe or the other staff at Barlow at any time should I need assistance. More

The service department is terrible. They looked at my car and never called me back. I brought my impala in for an oil change. Prior I had already noticed a load noise every time I started. Wasn’t sure what it was. I never mentioned it when I brought it in because I thought I would be informed about it after my car was finished being serviced. I was not. It’s like they didn’t know anything about it. After I payed for my oil change and stated my car the noise was still present. I called my rep over and pointed it out. I then had to bring my car back in the following week to get it diagnosed which was an inconvenience since it was just there. My front cat converter had a crack. And caused the sound. Like I mentioned the sound is loud to the point that you can’t miss it. Whenever I have an appointment I park my car there the night before because I usually choose the earliest appt. So in my opinion the person who drive my car in the next morning most definitely heard that noise. I’m not happy with that service at all. There were other minor things I was not satisfied with I’m not going to mentioned. I won’t be returning long story short. More
