Satisfactory to an exstinct I was please with all the service however my car still says maintenance required. I came in for the first time after my purchase of the vehicle and m I was please with all the service however my car still says maintenance required. I came in for the first time after my purchase of the vehicle and my oil change was included in my purchase however my tire rotation wa not, I felt like with a new purchase my tires could have been rotated for free. But I paid for them. Also I am wondering what a maintenance required includes. Why they did not see that come up and ask or take care of it. Alittle unhappy about that. More

great experience I was in for my second oil change on my 2017 Kia Sedona Van which I purchased new. This is not my first Kia vehicle. I've waited in the waiting room f I was in for my second oil change on my 2017 Kia Sedona Van which I purchased new. This is not my first Kia vehicle. I've waited in the waiting room for both oil changes approx. 1.5 hours and on both times while waiting many employees walked by but only one Richard Wilkerson on both of my visits stopped and asked me very respectful if I wanted the TV on in the waiting room. Now keep in mind, all employees appeared in good spirits and were smiling but Richard took the extra step. Note: I don't normally give reviews and don't know Richard personally and never met him but after receiving this email and recognizing him, I feel this man deserves one from me....Keep up the good work Richard as I will go see you for my next vehicle purchase. Good service but long wait Service is always great here. Usually not a problem. Today however, I was there for a tire rotation and an oil change. It took about 2 hours. Afte Service is always great here. Usually not a problem. Today however, I was there for a tire rotation and an oil change. It took about 2 hours. After being told it was almost ready, no one came to let me know they were changing something that was recalled. Though I appreciate them doing that, I wish they would have checked with me first to make sure I didn't need to be somewhere first. I surely would have had a friend come and pick me up instead of waiting. More
