Had an advanced appointment to have the oil/filter changed and tire rotation. We were on time for the appointment and my car sat in the service area for over an hour, while we waited for the oil deliv changed and tire rotation. We were on time for the appointment and my car sat in the service area for over an hour, while we waited for the oil delivery truck to unload and leave the area. The oil change was performed however the service advisor said the tires did not need to be rotated. I wanted my tires rotated and the service center should have rotated the tires as I requested. It took 1hr 15min to do the oil change I was tired of waiting. More
