This is my 2nd CR-V I've purchased from Barker Honda. The first one was in 2004, and both experiences are among the best experiences I have had purchasing an automobile. The entire team is a class act, they don't play games, and it is such a pleasant surprise for the final deal to match what they originally said in the beginning! So many times I have worked with car salespeople that promise you all sorts of things, only for them not to appear in the proposed final deal for whatever nonsense reasons. I was at another Honda dealer before going to Barker and they asked what they needed to do to get my business. I showed them Barker's advertised price from their website. The salesman laughed and said "There is NO way they are going to sell that car to you for that price! When you get there, they will add all kinds of stuff to jack the price up!" Guess what? I got the CR-V at the exact same price they advertised on their website, and they were fair with me on my trade-in. The finance manager didn't try to strong sell me on a bunch of warranties and other things I don't want. And the entire process from the time I drove onto the lot until I drove off the lot was less than 90 minutes! I can't say enough good things about Terri and Chance from their Internet team, and Herbert from the sales team. What a group of great people. More
