We have owned Barker Hondas since 2000, moving up this time from our 3rd Odyssey to a Pilot. LOVE my new Pilot! I must say I am quite disappointed in what the woman that valued my van at (as she has done in past), especially seeing that it has been posted for sale at almost $7,000 over what we were given considering we had to push for more on our trade (note her first trade offer was $10,900 under what it is now listed). When customers are not given what trades are worth up front in good faith, it not only hurts the customer but the salesperson being the one to deliver the message and possibly lose a sale and commission. Our van was in very good condition, with minimal marks on outside for an almost five year old van, and had impeccable service records from Barker Honda to support. More

The sale experience was less than I excepted. I felt I was sitting around while other people took their time in putting figures together to make a deal.
