Lacking integrity! We lost our car in a flood and found a replacement here. We drove an hour and a half to see it and hopefully purchase it, which we did. The car was fi We lost our car in a flood and found a replacement here. We drove an hour and a half to see it and hopefully purchase it, which we did. The car was filthy, smelled like smoke, so dealership offered to clean and deliver the next day. Car arrives as dirty as before but we take it for a drive anyway. Check engine light as well as other lights came on. Called dealership, they instructed us to take it somewhere locally. We take it to a local dealership. It has a hole, a puncture, in the bottom of the car, a broken axel, bent radiator clamps and torn pan under the car!!! I call and the response is very different this time. They deny all responsibilty and both managers left us high and dry by leaving early Friday for the weekend, we have no car!!!I have had this car for less then 24 hours. The managers basically would not assume any responsibilty for the lie told to us regarding all their pre-owned vehicles being inspected. The dealership we took the car to locally told us they could not in good conscience let us safely drive this car away, especially having an infant. They gave us a free loaner while they tried to sort things out. One person in the warranty department offered to help us, everyone else could have cared less. We lost a lot in a flood, we have a baby and we're trying to rebuild. Fortunately we have a warranty but if we didn't we would be out so much more! The dealership has since offered us a $125 for detailing but after reading the letter that accompanied the check, which still denies any accountabilty, I'm more angry than ever. Stay away from this place!!! More

hail damaged car Drove from Baton Rouge to Houma to look at car, first thing saw when looked was all the hail damage, hood, top, sides of car even window trim, salesma Drove from Baton Rouge to Houma to look at car, first thing saw when looked was all the hail damage, hood, top, sides of car even window trim, salesman did not tell me about it because he just saw it but pretty sure the car has been at their lot for 50 days, he got me down there but I did not buy, looked at dealer website today and nowhere does it say hail damage, very disappointed in this dealer for trying to sell such car on Honda lot... will not be back to that Honda dealership ever!!! More
