Loved our salesperson. SHE WAS GENUINE, AND NOT PUSHY!! I have not purchased a vehicle in 14 years. Barker Honda in Houma was the first and last place we stopped. EXCELLANT sales person and staff. It really wasn't bad, just saying because the time management could use a little improving. I was worn out. IT'S STRESSFUL MAKING A BIG PURCHASE FOR ME. LOL But in the end, I would not have wanted to purchase a vehicle anywhere else. After receiving my keys, it was all worth the while...and I could not have been happier nor satisfied any place else. I asked for bottomline regarding the price of the car, but also to provide me a site unseen quote on my potential trade in vehicle. I was VERY happy with the discounted price in the car I was looking at and with the trade offer. I told them that I would come in two days later and would like a salesperson whom is aware of our emails to minimize any haggling to a bare minimum. Enter Mark as my sales contact. I show up at dealership, test drive car, love it...and then we sit down to discuss briefly. They come back with same agreed upon price for car AND the INCREASED my trade in offer over what I was originally was quoted....which I was already happy about. Once Family Always Family Over the past 4 years I have traded in and purchased 3 Honda vehicles, 2 Civics EX loaded and my recent purchase, an 2018 Honda HRV EX-L Navi. Dusty was my salesman for my first Civic in 2014, he made the experience easy, fast and memorable. Since Dusty got switch to Online Sales, Mark has been the friendly face that I have seen since, he introduced me to the the new stylish 2016 Honda Civic that was just released in 2015. On March 5, 2018 I went in at 5:30pm and saw Mark once again, that familiar face and laugh, to trade in my 2016 Honda Civic for the all new 2018 Honda HRV EX-L Nav, Since I need a vehicle that I can use more economically for work. We look around and my eyes caught one HRV and I fell in love. On March 6, 2018, I came back and within 1 hour I was in and out and in a brand new 2018 HRV EX-L Nav.
