Battery exchange The battery died in my 2005 Honda Civic. I called Barker to see if it was still under warranty. Was told it was and a new one would be prorated. Went the next day, the parts dept didn't know what I was talking about. They didn't know how to look the warranty up. Stayed there almost an hour. Finally, someone from service figured it out. I paid and was getting in my car when I realized they never gave me the new battery. Parts dept 0. Service dept 8 More
