Service was excellent!! I went in because my car was hesitant to start. Unsure if it was my battery or starter, I was immediately greeted and assured my problem would be foun I went in because my car was hesitant to start. Unsure if it was my battery or starter, I was immediately greeted and assured my problem would be found. No later than 30 minutes I was on my way. It was my battery and it was replaced free of charge because I had a warranty on it. Thanks!! More

Victimized by Employee bought a car here in Jan 2019 with Mr Herbert Brown -a very nice man- and was unknowingly tacked on all kinds of extras by the Finance Director witho bought a car here in Jan 2019 with Mr Herbert Brown -a very nice man- and was unknowingly tacked on all kinds of extras by the Finance Director without even being asked. (I only learned they were optional by another dealership) When the Finance Director Craig Nicholas always insisted on servicing my car for me ..I told him there was a light on after he serviced it that wasn’t on before. He advised me that this was “normal” and my car was good to go on my trip—Brand new car and tire blew up while traveling!!- nearly killed my family!! No compensation, no explanation. NO SERVICE RECORDS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED!! Then, he had it serviced again and secretly put a tracking device in my car!!! We finally figured out that’s probably why the first tire blew up because there may have been a tracking device in that tire. Dealership was made aware and offered nothing to help remove the device from my car or for everything we’ve been through with this person harassing my family. Not once has the GM of Barker Honda reached out to us although many other dealerships did!! I wouldn’t buy a bike from here. They know this individual did these things and he’s still employed. He even offers you insurance from his personal insurance company and makes Honda pay your first insurance payment back to you. They could care less that he is embezzling or sexually harassing women, just so long as he keeps their numbers up. But God is looking down on it all. Kade in service is very nice but even he can’t explain why some of my service records are missing and my name is forged on documents by Mr Nicholas. I guess he’s been getting away with it for so long it’s just standard practice. Once I made a Facebook post about it my phone rang off the hook, apparently I was the last one to know. I’m now afraid to go back there. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO ASK FOR THE OTHER FINANCE PERSON AND DON’T EXPECT THE BARKERS TO HELP YOU IF HE TAMPERS WITH YOUR CAR!! More
