The salesman ordered all my additional equipment. The truck came several weeks earlier than expected. They took one day to install my requested equipment and I picked up it the next day. The finance person was just like the sales person, pleasant with no hard sell on extended warranties. I picked the most beneficial for me. I did have a very friendly experience with the dealer manager also. I highly recommend Barker Honda and their profesional personnel for anyone looking to purchase their new Honda. This visit was for a recent recall and an oil change. I called to make an appointment and was greeted with a wonderful young woman which made this a wonderful excursion, as I live approx. one hour from th called to make an appointment and was greeted with a wonderful young woman which made this a wonderful excursion, as I live approx. one hour from the dealership. As I arrived at my destination I was greeted by a very kind and understanding young man and he assured me if all went well the tasks would be complete within an hour or hour and a half. I also asked him could he check out the radio and he said that would not be a problem. I was seated in the waiting area and as I was waiting the manager walked in and sat down next to me and asked if there was anything he could do for me as I was waiting. I thought wow the manager was concerned about me. That was awesome! Anyway about an hour later all was done and I was on my way. The service department is awesome in my personal opinion. Thanks!
