Hi Paul121, 1st I want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. I know there has been correspondence with you and our General Manager, Lester Bimah. As this pandemic unfolded we have continually made adjustments to ensure our customers and staff are safe. To accommodate seating within our Service breezeway (3rd Bay) there is dedicated area with sanitizing items. All chairs in the Service Waiting area have been moved and rearranged as well as additional seating in the showroom area. There is a bench outside of the service area as well to accommodate smokers. A list of extra precautions we have put in place include placed sneeze guards to minimize direct face-to-face contact, Bio-Spraying, nightly heavy cleaning with a professional crew, 2 times a day staff sanitizes their work areas, steering wheel covers, sanitizing spray for vehicles when service is completed and sanitizing stations throughout the entire facility. All staff is required to have temperature readings prior to starting work and if feeling ill must go home. Lastly, we offer service pick-up and delivery within a 15 mile radius of the dealership. Based on your feedback, we have went above and beyond to take additional steps to provide additional customer seating.

Hopefully this oil change is better than last!! Last oil change the technician either didn’t tight the plug or the seal was cut. Had oil on my driveway that stained my concrete NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL!!!! More
