Not exactly happy Brought in to have onstar antenna replaced due to alert from onstar. Got my vehicle back the following day (Friday). Noticed the following day that the roof console where the antenna was installed is loose. Also found a black hex screw on the driver’s side floor mat. Brought vehicle back on Monday for that to be fixed. It was. After leaving the facility, I noticed a loud rattling from the DVD player on the ceiling. Upon inspection of the DVD player, I found a silver washer-type spacer on the floor mat in the back seat area. I called for the service manager on Tuesday and a message was taken and my phone number was left for contacting. Once he returns my phone call, I hope this issue will be resolved. More

This of course was not noticed until after the fact that they knew my car was co My GMC vehicles tires were not in stock at a GMC service center?!?!? This of course was not noticed until after the fact that they knew my car was coming in for a tire repair and my husband brought it in to be fixed. He waited 30 minutes for them to tell him they couldn't patch it, which I told them they wouldn't be able to because it was a huge bolt in my tire. I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. Ridiculous! I live 45 minutes away, wasted time, gas, and breath. It's not so much the people, it's the lack of communication. More

Upon buying a New Encore I figured I could rely on the same great experience in the service department. I recently had to bring my 2 year old Encore in for making some unusual noise it should not have been making. I informed my service advisor what the noise sounded like and where it seemed to be coming from. To be updated on my car I had to contact my service advisor. He was supposed to check on my car and get back with me but when I hadn't heard from him by 5:00 I called back he had left for the weekend. Another advisor was kind enough to check on my car and let me know what was going on. The car was there for a week and a half during that time my service advisor seemed to not care about good customer service or communication. The repair to my car by the service department was great. They found the problem and fixed it. They did their job and I'm please with that. But the experience with my service advisor was less than satisfactory. The advisor that stepped in to help out was great. She was very helpful and professional. More

Barker GMC's service team were great! I had brought my 2007 GMC in to be serviced because it was violently jerking every time I would reach between 15-20 miles per hour. I thought it was I had brought my 2007 GMC in to be serviced because it was violently jerking every time I would reach between 15-20 miles per hour. I thought it was the transmission, but after putting their machine on it they discovered that the number 6 cylinder was not firing. They did a tune up on the engine and it has been running great ever since. The service team did their job! More
