Unbelievably Truck dropped off Sunday night for oil change & Tires rotation ,+ engine had a miss .I was called by the service Dept ( Gay ) the miss was due by mult Truck dropped off Sunday night for oil change & Tires rotation ,+ engine had a miss .I was called by the service Dept ( Gay ) the miss was due by multiple misfires from three bad fuel injector with only 11168miles Gay would call me in west Monroe for an update and said it would be ready about 10:00am .Gay did what she could & Tuesday 10:00A.M. & ready to pick up.A very good job & Gay updates. Serviced Brought car in for an Oil and filter changed. Jacob called and said the brake pads in the back of the car were a 2 and they could last a little longe Brought car in for an Oil and filter changed. Jacob called and said the brake pads in the back of the car were a 2 and they could last a little longer but will be needed to be changed in the future, I choose to go ahead and have them changed while my car was in the shop rather than making another trip there in the future, this saved me time. They did an outstanding job. More
