Brake replacement I went in to have the front brakes done on my 2011 GMC Sierra. It took 4.5 hrs . That is rediculous it was 3 hrs before I was informed that the roto I went in to have the front brakes done on my 2011 GMC Sierra. It took 4.5 hrs . I was shuttled home and then called that afternoon telling me the work had been completed. I was then shuttled back to the dealership and picked up my truck. Very stress-free experience. Very professional staff, including Jacob, the service technician, and the payment clerk. An enjoyable experience.
