I purchased my car from Hyundai and they screwed me big time and I took my car to Barker GMC and they went above and beyond for me. They stayed in contact with me on everything and I have to say Ms. Gay is time and I took my car to Barker GMC and they went above and beyond for me. When a time is agreed upon for service, it needs to be followed. A customer sitting there for an extra 2-3 hours (and proper work still not completed) is unacceptable. Shontelle was very helpful. I had my truck back same day after getting the starter fixed. With that being said, I think it is ridiculous to ask for 3% extra to use a credit ca I had my truck back same day after getting the starter fixed. With that being said, I think it is ridiculous to ask for 3% extra to use a credit card on a $832.00 bill. I can understand maybe under a certain amount because of fees and things. But to charge $25 extra on an already very high charge just to use a credit card is insane to me. More
