The work that was done was done correctly. However I requested a new key remote and specified I don't have time to bring truck back and forth they could keep as long as needed. After 2-3 weeks However I requested a new key remote and specified I don't have time to bring truck back and forth they could keep as long as needed. After 2-3 weeks they called and said truck was ready and that all work was completed. When I arrived and asked for the key, they made excuses and said I would have to come back. (it was 4 pm they had time to program remote, in stead of inconveniencing the shop they chose to inconvenience me) I have to miss work to bring truck in, I made this clear when I dropped the truck off. I bought 6 auto's from this dealership. I will not buy anything here again nor refer anyone to this dealership again. This was the second bad experience with the service department. More

I called to see if my car was ready, as I had a ride at noon, but not again until 2 p.m. I was told they had not even started the job, so my ride left to go to Thibodaux. About 10 minutes after that call I was texted and called saying the car was ready for pickup. Now no ride till 2! I did call around friends and found someone that could drop me off but it was an inconvenience to both myself and my friend that left work to pick me up. Then, my check was denied from your system and I have over $9000 in that account. I called the number and the reason they gave was because they didn't have enough checks from me that went through their system! Ridiculous. More
