My experience with this auto sales dealership was disappointing due to a lack of transparency. During the test drive, I raised concerns about the brakes and requested that the service department insp disappointing due to a lack of transparency. Greg (salesman) tried to convince me that "Toyota breaks" are manufactured to where the driver has to literally stand on the break to stop the car. Despite Greg's assurance that the brakes were in proper working condition, I found the braking performance to be inadequate, especially in rainy conditions, almost resulting in a rear-end collision. Seeking a second opinion from my mechanic confirmed my suspicions that the dealership had not addressed the necessary brake repairs. The mechanic suggested that the dealership may have been unwilling to invest in fixing the brakes and consequently failed to disclose that the vehicle definitely needed repairs. I would have appreciated upfront information about the vehicle's condition, rather than not, potentially jeopardizing safety on the road with other commuters. I want to clarify that my intention in sharing this review is not to harm the dealership, but rather to encourage them to reconsider their sales practices, particularly when it comes to matters of customer safety. The priority of making a car sale should never outweigh safety concerns. While some individuals with experience in the car sales industry might have been able to anticipate these issues, I feel it's important to warn those who may not be as familiar with these situations. I strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to exercise caution. The lack of transparency and honesty is a significant cause for concern. It's worth noting that the dealership declined to provide any form of reimbursement for the necessary brake repairs. More

The service department has taken our vehicle in several times and always takes our concerns seriously without question.
