Very satified with Peter Williams overall expertise! I just purchased my new 2018 Buick Encore from Barker GMC dealership. So far I love it, I haven't had too much time figuring out, let alone driving I just purchased my new 2018 Buick Encore from Barker GMC dealership. So far I love it, I haven't had too much time figuring out, let alone driving it much yet to give you a total & completely honest review. However, so far in the last week I love the vehicle & looking forward to becoming more familiar with how it operates. Barker GMC's service team were great! I had brought my 2007 GMC in to be serviced because it was violently jerking every time I would reach between 15-20 miles per hour. I thought it was I had brought my 2007 GMC in to be serviced because it was violently jerking every time I would reach between 15-20 miles per hour. I thought it was the transmission, but after putting their machine on it they discovered that the number 6 cylinder was not firing. They did a tune up on the engine and it has been running great ever since. The service team did their job! More

Great car buying experience! I have been dreading the new car buying experience for a while now! Didn't want that "take it or leave it" pushy car salesmen experience. I finally ca I have been dreading the new car buying experience for a while now! Didn't want that "take it or leave it" pushy car salesmen experience. I finally caved in, decided to check out Barker, & met Mo. Mo went above & beyond to help get me in my new 2018 Yukon XL. Never did I feel pressured to make a decision without a full explanation of differences in models/packages/features. Previously having a 2011 Yukon Denali, I had quite a few questions! Needless to say, he took the time the answer every one of them without rushing me, & he went thru any feature I needed assitance with. Definitely would recommend you ask for Mo when you are ready to get that new car!! More
This was a terrible experience. I recently brought my Buick for a checkup and everything was fine. Shortly thereafter, my battery was DEAD!!! I called the dealership and nobody both I recently brought my Buick for a checkup and everything was fine. Shortly thereafter, my battery was DEAD!!! I called the dealership and nobody bothered to let me know my car was still under warranty. When I spoke to the rep on the phone he was very condescending, comparing a battery to a kitchen appliance. Only after my dad called did they say my car was still under warranty. I was greeted by the person I spoke to on the phone who left me standing at the counter without helping me. After a few minutes, a very nice man did help me. Checking the battery took much longer than is usual. I think they were punishing me. When checking out, the person was not even in her office, she was talking to the man in the office next door to hers. I had to ask them if someone was actually checking people out. Despite the service manager knowing the problems I had on the phone and over the Internet, he made no attempts to speak to me during the lengthy time I was there. I am extremely displeasedm More
