Not impressed with service My vehicle is less than 1 yr old Yukon Denali and the temperature on computer screen has not been working properly (it stays the same temperature all My vehicle is less than 1 yr old Yukon Denali and the temperature on computer screen has not been working properly (it stays the same temperature all day long no matter how many times I restart vehicle). When I asked if they could fix this I was told there is nothing they can do about it?! Also service for oil change was very slow (over 2 hr wait), despite getting there when they opened at 7:30. On past service experience, (routine oil change), I’ve asked them to check tire pressure since it was low and I was going out of town. Vehicle returns hour later and tires have not been checked and I had to wait additional time for them to fill them. Also I’ve been asked to sign a blank survey for service experience and not asked to fill it out? More
