Service department I brought my truck Monday about 3:30 for oil change and to check a nail in my tire. I was told they would call when complete. About 5:15 came so I walked up since I live down the street. When I got there was told they were closing in 7 minutes and would be locking everything up. My truck was done the paperwork was under one of the desks and no phone call. If I wouldn’t have gotten there how would I have gotten my truck? I filled out a survey yesterday and received an email from Jacob Kraemer thanking me for filling out the survey and at the bottom showed my amenities. Jacob Kraemer is the person I gave my keys to when I dropped off my truck. The amenities show complimentary car wash. I have gone for 3 oil changes and not once was a car wash mentioned. More
