Most friendly, hospitable, professional service ever! I have personally elected to continue to purchase and service my GMC vehicles with Barker GMC for many reasons. First, Honesty. I know Barker GM I have personally elected to continue to purchase and service my GMC vehicles with Barker GMC for many reasons. First, Honesty. I know Barker GMC will always be fair and reasonable, and offer "better than fair market" deals on new vehicle purchases and trade-in valuations. I never once had to walk out on a deal, hard line negotiate, or even get as much as get a headache negotiating. I've even taken Barker GMC offers to other dealers closer to my home who refuse to give me the same valuations or discounts. Secondly, Integrity. Barker GMC always does what they say they will do. I always get the exact deal they promised on the phone or via email. And I always get the exact service, repairs, accessories, recalls, etc. that they promise, for the price they quote. When dealing with car dealers, it is highly usual that I end up with a tremendous headache, but with Barker, it is actually very pleasant. Thirdly, Pleasant and Friendly. regardless of the department, everyone at Barker GMC greets and treats me with courtesy, hospitality, respect, and professionalism. I have never once had a bad service experience with Barker GMC. As a business owner myself, I know this doesn't come easy or nor does this type of service just happen. It starts at the very top. I know Mike Barker certainly and consistently leads by example. While I have many other much more convenient places I could take my business, my choice to remain loyal to Barker GMC and exclusively purchase and service my vehicles with Barker GMC is clear. It is evidenced by the simple fact I elect to drive over 1 1/2 hours and 70 miles despite the fact there are 2 GMC dealerships in the greater Baton Rouge area that are located within 10 miles of my home AND there are just under 10 total GMC dealerships much closer to my house (including greater New Orleans area) than Barker GMC of Houma.
