Not sure how I feel about the service center My car had to get towed twice for the same codes.. the first time they changed the high pressure pump. Wasn’t offered a rental. Drove it home on a Fri My car had to get towed twice for the same codes.. the first time they changed the high pressure pump. Wasn’t offered a rental. Drove it home on a Friday and by Monday it had to go back bc of loud engine noice. I asked for a rental. Was told they had a waiting list for rentals but was lucky to get a rental. I was given a 2019 Acadia but had smashed cookies all over the back seat. So this car was given to me dirty. Returned the rental the next day.. a hose had become undone and that’s what the noise was. About 1 1/2 weeks later my car had to get towed for the 2nd time back to the dealer. I asked for a rental was told that they had a waiting list and wasn’t sure if I could have one. I was given a rental another 2019 Acadia ( very clean) 29 miles on it. My problem was that the service associate had no communication with me.. my car stayed there for 2 weeks with no one telling me what was wrong with my car, if they had the part or if it had to be ordered. At exactly 2 weeks the service associate called me and said ok your car is fixed but don’t come get it yet. The mechanic needs to put some test runs on it. Me.. So I’m like well what was wrong with it?! Service xxx.-Oh I don’t know. Let me check- oh it was the control module needed to be changed. Although she was very nice, part of her job should be to keep the car owners informed about the status of their vehicle being fixed. More
