Good customer service Took 2019 Sierra in for transmission shifting problems. They diagnosed it reset the computer on transmission and did a re-learn drive on it and so far Took 2019 Sierra in for transmission shifting problems. They diagnosed it reset the computer on transmission and did a re-learn drive on it and so far so good no more hard downshifting from 2-1 gears. The reason for four stars and not five is the rental they gave me was about the lowest end model of truck that they have. I personally think when they are doing service work on someone’s vehicle that the customer should get a vehicle of the same caliper or better while having the vehicle serviced. But, I also understand their limited inventory on the rentals. More
