Again, as we stated before, we do apologize for your vehicle staying in service too long before going to body shop for the second half of your service. Your vehicle was worked on immediately once it was there. No other car was worked on that should not have been. Our service manager Randy Talbot stated he has given a discount off the transmission flush. If this did not happen, please contact our general manager Jed Duplantis.
