Barker Buick is an Excellent example of customer service! We are from Texas and handled everything on the telephone. We called and spoke to Terri Lapeyre and told her what we were looking for. She sent us information via e-mail and got Kendall Martinez to send us pictures of two Yukon Denali’s that fit the criteria we were looking for. We narrowed it down to one and Kendall got the deal done and the paperwork ready and we then flew to New Orleans and he personally came to the hotel and picked us up and took us to the dealership. He was truthful about everything he had told us on the phone. He had taken care of everything. Everyone at Barker Buick GMC was so polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this dealership and Kendall to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. The Receptionist and Kendall even called us after we got home to make sure we made it home safe and if we were pleased with the vehicle. More
