Barker Buick GMC

So we got a used car. $10,727 is a lot of money. To my family at least. They sold us a nice car, with a 90 day drive off lot warranty. So the day we bought the car a window was messed up, and the fixed it family at least. They sold us a nice car, with a 90 day drive off lot warranty. So the day we bought the car a window was messed up, and the fixed it because we hadn't driven off the lot yet. Fast forward to recent times. We discover a window on the same side is messed up, but in the rear. We still have the 90 day drive off lot warranty. We call to try and get it fixed. They tell us "oh well, you did by an older car (2014) with a lot of miles (120,000)" that's doesn't matter; you fix it since you made a promise. Nobody has ever sat in the back and the first time ever trying to use that window, it doesn't work. So yes, you fix it, because you care about keeping your word, and being a dependable car dealership. That they are not! If you got to get a used car, guarantee you'll be treated like slum, and like you're getting the bad end of a deal. Yeah nice car to you, but to them, just a old car to try and get a pretty penny off of. If you're buying a new car, you'll get treated like a celebrity. Salesman was ok. But other than that. I should've gone to lamarque ford like i did with my other car. Gave me a year of free service, on a 2019, and fixed any issues. Fair deal and nice people. Definitely going there next car! More

I have to say that Barker Buick GMC has the most awesome staff when you buy a car. They are super quick with the paperwork, and the most important part of all, they take the time to listen.
