We do try to keep our prices and services competitive. We have rebates on some services for more savings as well as GM rewards that can be cashed in for vouchers to pay for services. Our price at $59.95 include an inspection, tire rotation, battery test, and car wash. Trapp's price is $64.95 an only includes the inspection. We hope that you find value in the services we provide. Because of Covid-19 General Motors are requiring their dealerships to adhere to protocols they have in place to better protect employees as well as customers. General Motors as well as the CDC and new parish ordinances have rules in place that we as a dealership need to abide by or face consequences that include being shut down entirely, not just the lobby area. The sanitizing solution and machine are designed by General Motors to best work on all GMC and Buick interiors without discoloring or drying out the many different surfaces, including leather. This is to make sure that not only are we able to sanitize incoming vehicles, but outgoing as well, without compromising the materials your vehicle is made of. By following these rules put in place by General Motors and the CDC we can make sure that you as a customer can feel better protected with the measures taken while your vehicle is in our care and we as a dealership are protected as we work. By making sure that every vehicle is sanitized at intake we make sure that there is no cross contamination between customers as well since we do work on several vehicles throughout the day. We want to make sure our customers feel confident that we are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during these uncertain times. We would like to offer to fix the issue of the tires not being at 35psi and apologize for that. Obviously the point that I was making in this review was not understood. I understand that as a dealership you have protocols that you have to abide by but I was NOT given a choice or was I told that you were going to spray chemicals inside of my truck. The point is that this is my truck so it is also my choice if I want to have the chemicals sprayed in the vehicle or if I would like to bring it somewhere else. Communicate with your customers on what your new policies are before you take it upon yourself to think that everyone will be ok with what you do to their vehicle.
