Took me 3 times to finally not have a 2 or 3 hour wait for a oil change. Workers are not that friendly when you ask questions about the time. I was very pleased with the service that was done on my Acadia. The only thing that disappointed me was that when they called to tell me what the problem was and the cost to repair they also said I had 4 Acadia. The only thing that disappointed me was that when they called to tell me what the problem was and the cost to repair they also said I had 4 bald tires that needed to be changed. That was not a fact. I replaced tires a little less than a year ago and they are not worn much less bald. More

I wanted to buy a 2021 Sierra 1500 Denali and Barker wouldn’t give me my trade value. This truck would have been my second new truck purchase. Wait time while at the dealership to drop off my car didn't seem as long as it actually was. The waiting room is really nice, spacious, and clean. However, I am giving a 4 star instead of at 5 because when I was given my car back as soon as I got home I found gashes in one of my rims that was NOT there when I brought the car in for service. Now please understand my car had to be out sourced to have something fixed. I do NOT know if it was Barker GMC itself or the outsource that would have gashed my rim. Not only in 1 spot but 2. Super upsetting, but doubt anything can be done if I called to report it beings I have no proof of who did it. With that being said I would totally recommend Barker GMC to anyone! More
