Wait time while at the dealership to drop off my car didn't seem as long as it actually was. The waiting room is really nice, spacious, and clean. However, I am giving a 4 star instead of at 5 because when I was given my car back as soon as I got home I found gashes in one of my rims that was NOT there when I brought the car in for service. Now please understand my car had to be out sourced to have something fixed. I do NOT know if it was Barker GMC itself or the outsource that would have gashed my rim. Not only in 1 spot but 2. Super upsetting, but doubt anything can be done if I called to report it beings I have no proof of who did it. With that being said I would totally recommend Barker GMC to anyone! More
