My Malibu was in the shop and they provided me a rental. Realizing how nice the rental was, I was seeing if the price was right along with my trade-in and they offered me to purchase my rental! I definitely wish I could find a better mechanic shop for my Buick ! Each time I go it’s some bull... this last time I came I paid 4200$ for my air catalytic converters sensors etc. First I kept calling to f my Buick ! Each time I go it’s some bull... this last time I came I paid 4200$ for my air catalytic converters sensors etc. First I kept calling to find out what was going on then I get told all this extra stuff that’s wrong with the vehicle && also being told I was being charged for all these hours that the mechanic didn’t actually do but “he took it off to help me out because I had so many repairs.” How you helping me if you admit that you didn’t actually work all those hours on my vehicle in the first place?! Second although my service lady did answer all my questions and was polite I was not happy with my vehicle service it’s been 3wks and now my check engine light is back my diagnostic is saying it’s the same thing wrong that I got fixed && they are saying that they may charge me 120 if it’s not what they fixed which is bull you know they will find a reason to get extra money and claim something else then to me it’s like they are so nonchalant about your concerns for your vehicle I go back Thursday to see what is wrong with my vehicle AGAIN after paying all this money the first time. I would not recommend them ATALL but everyone has different experiences yours could be better but if I could find a trustworthy mechanic which I’m about to look for because this is utter BS having to possibly pay another fee for something I KNOW IVE JUST PAID THOUSANDS FOR ALREADY! Just be careful and get all your old parts I also asked for my old parts and was not taken seriously and they did not get it. But my service lady was trying to assist me best she could I guess. More
