We usually have a great experience here as we have purchased 3 vehicles from Barker over the past 4 years. After about 20 minutes of discussing this and getting it "fixed" I get an email addressed to my spouse and not me as they worked on MY car not HERS. Guess we will see if this is truly fixed the next time we take her car into the shop for the oil change. More
