As a busy mom of twin boys who works full time, finding time to car shop wasnt built into the schedule. I had no idea what i wanted for my vehicle besides a few must have features. From the minute i walked, in Scotty greeted me as i rattled off that i have just over an hour before picking kids up, my specific freatures and price range i wanted. In this short time span i test drove 4 cars that were each time pulled up and waiting for my test drive one after another. Throughout the next week the ease of connecting with Scotty via text to narrow down my decision was awesome for the hustle and bustle of life. Not only was the dealership willing to find me a specific car i wanted but also worked their tails off to ensure all T's were crossed and I's were dotted. Ironically I myself work as a sales position in a different field so i can be difficult and Scotty portrayed that type of caliber that even other sales people want to work with! He proceeded to show me the different models available and went over the options on each. We the walked out to each vehicle and examined all of the options and explaining them. He asked if I was interested in a test driving any or all of them. I was not interested in test-driving, as I never test drive. When I consider buying a vehicle, I normally have already driven one. We then talked numbers and scheduled a time for an appraisal of my trade-in vehicle. The representative was very personable and easy to talk to. He fully understood my needs, and found a vehicle that I liked. More

Barkers and Scotty Lewis were Great! We arrived at Barkers late on Saturday evening; an hour before closing time. Scotty Lewis became our sales rep and was more than happy to stay past t We arrived at Barkers late on Saturday evening; an hour before closing time. Scotty Lewis became our sales rep and was more than happy to stay past the end of his shift to ensure our needs were met to our satisfaction. He offered to allow us to test drive our new car over the weekend to make sure we knew we were making the right decision and even texted us on Sunday to check if there was anything he could do to assist us, outside of business hours. We were considering two different Cadillac XTS options and he remained patient with us; even when we changed our minds a few times. I must mention that their offer on our trade in far exceeded that of any of the other dealerships we explored. Scotty's willingness to remain transparent, professional, and trustworthy throughout the sales process was significant and refreshing! We ended up with a GREAT deal, an AMAZING car, and a REMARKABLE sales rep who consistently exceeded our expectations!
