Easy, efficient and Fun! This dealership was wonderful due to our SALESMAN'S approach. We expected the greet but instead of feeling like looking for ourselves we felt at ease This dealership was wonderful due to our SALESMAN'S approach. We expected the greet but instead of feeling like looking for ourselves we felt at ease immediately and never felt him to be pushy nor superficial. We were given the information we asked for and bought from him quickly as a result of his personality as well as the delaership having just what we were looking for. We almost didnt do the deal but the car and Jon Reed made us stop and say yes. We were not from Bloomington but were in the area to buy a Denali from another dealership in Peru, il, After a poor experience at that dealership (car was misrepresented) we were driving back home and were really not planning on buying a car, we were just scouting since the Denali was a waste of time. This dealership and Jon's card was passed on to one of our relatives the same day we bought the Escalade. Great Job Jon! More

Good service minus a few extras Knowing I was coming into the dealership they knew I would be a direct sale.
