My new 2017 GMC Terrain I cannot say enough words of this dealership and of Curt Vires. My husband Lee called over to Barkers and spoke with I believe; Mandy. She was very helpful and courteous, We came there to look at some 2017 GMC's. Unfortunately when we got there, most of them had sold. They went out of there way to look on the computer and find us one. We came back to pick up our SUV and Curt was very helpful with telling us and showing us every aspect of the vehicle. He set up our phones for Bluetooth and helped us set up with On Star. Painless Process. Great Deal. My wife and I came in with the hopes of trading in an old vehicle and upgrading to a 2015 Chevy Equinox. The experience we had at Barker Motors and wi My wife and I came in with the hopes of trading in an old vehicle and upgrading to a 2015 Chevy Equinox. The experience we had at Barker Motors and with Jon Reed was awesome from start to finish. Jon didn't try to push us into making a deal. We simply told him where we want to be financially and he gave us some options. We really appreciated having some actual estimated numbers to work with. Once we decided to make the purchase, Jon was more than accommodating. He got the car to the dealership within 24 hours so we could check it out. There were a couple things under warranty that needed to be fixed and the service dept. had the parts there within a week. I dropped the car off at 7:30am on my way to work, they gave me a ride to work, and it was ready for pickup at 3:30pm. All in all, less than two weeks after purchase and everything they said they'd do for us, they did. We couldn't be happier with the purchase, service, and price. Kudos to Jon, the Service Dept., and Barker Motors for making this process a pleasurable experience. Would recommend and will be back when we need to upgrade again! -Paul and Laura, Normal More
