Minivan purchase for family with twins I was referred to Scotty and his team by a friend of mine. I have 3 year old twins who needed more space in a car than we had. We had not expected to purchase right away, but begin our journey. Scotty was the friendliest most honest car salesman I have ever met. I did not feel pressured (which is always my concern) and he was able to answer all questions. I brought over my husband and the kids to see the van. He was accommodating even with my children! I told Scotty what I had to have in a monthly payment in order to make it work for my family. He was able to even beat the minimum payment! He obviously knows his stuff and truly cares about people, not just getting the sale. My family and I are so gracious that we now have a vehicle that can haul all of us and the stuff that comes with toddlers. We are now customers for life. Thanks Scotty! More

When I expressed interest in seeing a vehicle that was at another location, he immediately said he would drive there and bring the vehicle to the Bloomington store so I could see it that afternoon. He responded to my many questions with substantive answers in which I felt confident. Matt was easy to work with when it came to financing decisions. The only reason I indicated 4/5 stars was that I did not feel as though the interior of the truck was very well cleaned; in fact, it was somewhat grimy. I will have to go over it in detail to get it to where I want it. The service team was a little slow on taking up the question Jon asked them to speak to (about DEF), but with a few questions, they eventually offered more helpful information. All in all, the experience was good, but not quite excellent. More
