First I was over charged for items I wasn’t told I needed and didn’t approve. Second, I came in with a broken foot. My car was parked very far an away and it was raining. There were several people sitting there doing nothing and not one person offered to get my car for me. In stead they watched me struggle to walk across your slippery garage holding onto the wall so I didn’t fall which took forever. Still no one offered to help me. Then I still had to walk far across the parking lot to my car, trying not to get my boot wet in the rain (which it did get wet so thanks). I won’t be back after almost 10 years of owning a GMC. More

Each time I have come for service, I feel like no one really cares. There is no warm greeting when you walk in the door. It's very informal. No eye contact. No smile. This las time I arrived, neither of the guys looked up to acknowledge I was there. There is no warm smile with a thank you when you leave either. Each time took over 1.25 hours to get an oil change. I was told it was due to a recall. Then when I looked at my receipt when home, I noticed it said the recall wasn't even done. This was not told to me. In addition, after waiting over 1.5 hours, they didn't even vacuum the mats or wipe down the interior. These guys need some general customer service and effective communication training. I had a Lexus for 14 years prior to buying this car. Your guys need to spend a day at the Lexus dealership to see how customer service is done. More
