I finally built my credit up to where I can finance a car. They run my credit through like 15 different agencies, and I got a loan. Time to get a car. We pick the 2016 Kia Sorento. They telll me, my credit is weak and I need to give a deposit of $1,000 on top of my trade in (which they increased the price of the sorento by $3000 then offered me $3000 for my car). I tell them my car is my deposit and I'm not doing the $1000. Then Rex comes up with this scam of an idea, oh and by the way, this guy is so full of himself, and he says "write up a check for $1000, call your bank, cancel it, and we will show the bank the check but never collect on it!" Right there, I should have walked away, but my trade was my daily driver, and it kicked the can, so I had to get what I can. So a 2016 Kia sorento, 55k miles for $23,000+, not know the price of a new one, I took it. Never gave them the check or the trade in yet, but I drove away. Next day I bring it to Crowley Kia to get looked at and they ask me how much I'm paying for. They were shocked. They got me into a brand new 2019 kia sorento for $20,899! And they said my credit was great! No deposit needed! Now crowley owns the trade in, barberino nissan had no choice but to take the car back. Oh and after getting the 2019, I texted the sales person im bringing the car back. He tells me that Rex is trying his hardest to get some favors to push the contract through. It failed. Because I called capitol one and told them before hand, that Barberino Nissan doesnt have the trade in or check and that Crowley has it (they approved the load over there too). So after all this, I'm driving a 2019 Kia Sorento FOR LESS MONEY THAN A 2016 FROM A SCAMMING JUNKYARD! More
SCAMMERS - BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I have never used this dealership, but know multiple people who have noted that this is a predatorial business only about one thing, the bottom line. This place has been calling my underaged child's number, leaving no messages. I called and spoke with a staff member by the name of "Alyssa" who was absolutely rude and accusatory. If her sole purpose is to answer telephone inquiries, then she is a horrid representation of this company and can use some serious customer service training. I tried to speak to a manager about the issue to take care of this once and for all and she had the audacity to tell me if your child put in an online inquiry about a car then that is why they got a call from us. What??? This business is cold calling numbers, which is ridiculous!! They over advertise all the time, which is the number one reason why I would never patronize them. My dad always said, do not trust businesses that put all their monies into advertising. What a scam!!! I further asked for the manager's name because he was supposedly unavailable to talk, but could call me back if I left a message (and there is no other manager, supervisor, or anyone else in the building in charge available). No way, so they can have my private information, as well? I do not fall for the Okie-Doke. Last, I asked for his name so I could call back later, I didn't want this place knowing anything about me. She told me his name is T-Rex. RIDICULOUS!!!! I just hung up! More

We were shown something out of our price range to begin with, we’re NOT told any sort of numbers after asking multiple times (each time the salesman’s saying he would go get the paperwork), we put in a credit app because we liked the van, and after much negotiating we got it down to within our monthly budget. As we were moving our things into the new van we noticed the van had a hole in the back tail light casing . We notified the salesman and the financial person that was dealing with us. They both reassured us that it would be fixed because it was a safety issue and to come back the next day for it to be fixed and final paperwork. The next day we came back and a different financial manager came out and talk to us about the tail light . He told us that since we got a good deal on the van we would have to take the money out of our trade-in value of the car that we traded in to fix it or else they’d be losing money. My fiancé and his father and I were absolutely disgusted after being promised that it would be taken care of at no cost to us. After arguing for 20 minutes he finally promised to get it taken care of at no cost to us . It took hours later to start signing the final paperwork and our interest rate had gone up without him letting us know first. Before we finish signing I asked to get it in writing that the vans tail light would be fixed. The financial manager huffed and puffed that it was getting late. We refused to sign it until we saw the paperwork that he finally got. So we sign and then he says to go wait out front and he’s going to see if we could get the plates on tonight and it registered in our name because we had a dealer plate since the day before . A half-hour later The sales man that we dealt with came out and said what are you guys still doing here we’re going to call you back when everything is all set. It’s now been a week and we have not gotten the car registered in my name nor do we have plates for it. This place is all about making money, confusing you and not being upfront about anything. Don’t buy a car here!! More

Bad service The service is so bad . They make you believe you get everything done the way you have agreed till you reach the last step of signing the papers. I h The service is so bad . I have been told that I have to pay $ 2000 down payment in order for them to hold the car for me. I agreed and later went in to sign all the necessary paperwork to get the deal done. But that was a mistake because after getting there the whole story has changed. The car was supposed to be on my business name and we had agreed on monthly payments. After all was done they came and said if the car is put under the business name the payments would change , which they did not say the first time I was there and before they collected the down payment. The deal went down and I asked for my refund. The manager came in and tried to sell his story how it works and got mad because he thought he sold the car . The finance guy was yelling out of his room across me saying stuff that I really did not hear. Overall the customer service was so bad and disrespectful , they do not know how to treat the customers . BAD Management and finance guy needs to learn how to respect customers . More

I had my brand new car in just one day, everything was done for me and was able to drive off in style and happy.
