It was Sunday evening I was at the store so i got under the truck and got the starter manually to turn over. The next morning the same thing happened. I contacted barbera service i told them what happened and the starter is under warranty. They told me they can't get me in for couple days and they can't get me a rental. On Friday it happened again. I got it started. They told me I need to get the car in. I dropped the car off and couldn't get a rental cause they couldn't dignose it till Monday. So i was off work for two days. Lost $$$$. I was a mechanic in the army but what do I know. Monday they call me and say there is nothing they can do cause the truck is starting and the starter is good. I argue with them for a little bit but its like talking to a wall. 3 weeks go by and it happens again. I call them they tell me I need to tow the truck in. I am at work an hour away, I cant get a rental cause they need to diagnose it. I lost it i wanted to speak to the manager. I left her a voicemail she called back and i lost it again. She is telling me I need to tow it in that I need to leave it with them. All that is fine but i use the truck struckly for work so no truck no $$$ after arguing and couple phone call back and forward and me telling them i am gonna call the leasing company and the warranty provider they all of the sudden have the starter in stock, i can drive the truck in and they will Get it done right away. So this time they don't have to diagnose it they will just replace it. So why the hell didnt that happen the first time?? Why did I lose 2 days of work equal to around $1000?????? All the frustration and working around the fact i dont have a truck??? Unprofessional, no organization, no communication no knowledge, terrible service. I wouldn't recomend it to anybody. While i was sitting there waiting for the truck, i listened to the conversations the sevice people had, what a joke. Disrespecting customers after they hang the phone up. Should have taken the truck to tricounty dodge. Night and day. I guess that's what you get from barbera. Last time for sure More

I tried Barbera on the Blvd. for the first time today and I was extremely satisfied. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and I was in and out quick! Other dealers should be more like Barbera! I will definitely be returning! More
Avoid Bait and switch. There's a reason they only rate two stars and if I could, I would give them zero stars. Immediately after walking into the "dealer Bait and switch. There's a reason they only rate two stars and if I could, I would give them zero stars. Immediately after walking into the "dealership" I had a suspicion that this would not be a good experience. Loud music playing and sales people packed in. I can only assume the volume of the music is to mask objections from their victims, er, I mean customers. I was looking for a particular Certified Preowned '18 Durango GT, with 19,000 miles, that they had posted on both their and Dodge's Certified Preowned websites. We even called ahead to check if it was still available. We made a trek down and after being handed off to three different managers, we were told that it wasn't on site and that it was a promotional vehicle. Because of this, we couldn't buy it. They tried to switch me to a leftover '17 Durango SXT, a CPO '17 Durango with 69,000 miles and then finally a Jeep Cherokee. I would avoid this place like the plague. More

I was greeted with only one foot in the door and upon the second step I was offered a beverage and a snack. The atmosphere is a party! Everyone is beyond helpful and I can tell customer service is a priority for all departments. My salesman was Mike Carlino and I suggest you ask for him. If I could give more stars I would. More

A month later they called me and said that they found out that someone tampered with the odometer. They could not issue a title to me. I returned the car along with a repair bill for things that it needed for inspection. They told me they would not issue a refund for the repair bill. 3 months later I,m still waiting for the actual car refund. These guys should not be in business. More

Amir and the entire team at Barbera are AMAZING I cannot express how happy and thankful I am with my experience with Amir and Gary Barbera Autoland! I went into the dealership with the car I wanted I cannot express how happy and thankful I am with my experience with Amir and Gary Barbera Autoland! I went into the dealership with the car I wanted already picked out and I price I could pay. They went over and above to make it work- they even gave me above Kelly Blue Book for my current vehicle and took over $6000 off the asking price. Amir and his team were amazing, friendly and worked with what I could do- unlike my previous dealership, Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown who offered less than BB value and wouldn’t budge on pricing- even after I had purchased two vehicles with them. Sheena from finance was knowledgeable, fast and all around great to work with. I’ll never go to anyone but Amir and Gary Barbera Autoland again- you should do the same! More
Awful Bought a new Jeep last weekend and overall, not too bad. Price was a touch high even with rebates. But not bad. Gave me a decent # on my trade in. Wi Bought a new Jeep last weekend and overall, not too bad. Price was a touch high even with rebates. But not bad. Gave me a decent # on my trade in. Will was great, got it done for me. Had to fight really hard to turn down F&I upsells. Such is life. They make their money on that, so it is what it is. They owe me a 2nd key; had 47 miles on the vehicle so I suspect a manager took it home once and since lost the key. I've emailed them twice now to remind them and not gotten a response yet. I'll give them a little bit of time for that and to send payoff on my trade in. So we'll see how this ends up; there are some negative stories about them sending payoffs and fulfilling "we owe" sheets. UPDATE - GM assured me that if I came in on a Saturday they'd get it resolved. Well, I did and they didn't. I also don't think the GM's weight carries much, because no one cared that I was not attended to properly. SO I have to come back AGAIN just to get the code programmed, then I will need to return a THIRD time to get the key. I have ZERO expectations that I will end up with my 2nd key. Disgusting lack of service. All they care about is the survey, but do not do anything to earn the 10's on the survey. Sales guy, whom I blame for this with awful communication, didn't even acknowledge my presence. Awful. UPDATE #2 - After trekking all the way back and waiting for 2 more hours(5 hours total wait), they finally got me my 2nd Key. But mind you, I never should have had to wait for this at all; I bought a NEW vehicle and they lost the 2nd key. So no, this will remain a negative review. And they have the stones to ask for a "10's" review. I will never return here for anything. More
Poor service I went here on 9/19 just to see if I can get my oil changed. One employee is arguing with a guy over problems with his car. The only other guy there g I went here on 9/19 just to see if I can get my oil changed. One employee is arguing with a guy over problems with his car. The only other guy there gets up and goes into where they do the repairs on cars I assume because he seen me and I already made a previous review on this site that wasn't good. So I guess he didn't want to wait on me. I found out that I can go to any Dodge dealership to have the oil changed. So they won't see me again. It use to be a nice place but now it went down the toilet. More
