James took the time to work with us, he was patient, attentive and work taking, all the time, our needs in consideration. He did not rush us while we were looking on different options. He was not working with other customers but us. He did not hesitate to act every time we requested a different options. Once we chose a car he continued to work to take us where we wanted to be regarding payments. It was late night when we took the decision and James decided to stay with us after hours until we completed the paper work. We were last the customer and he stayed until he saw us driving out in our new car. He called us next day to make sure we were satisfied and to make sure everything was ok regarding the new car.
