We had very interesting, funny, and engaging conversations while we waited for processing with our salesman. While enjoying the complimentary bottled water we were offered. I can use just one word RIPOFF ! I bought a car just yesterday and I went back today because I saw the same car and it was priced considerably cheaper at other dealerships! Appointment When I called to make my appointment to service my car the girl was rude from the beginning of the conversation. I told her I was having issues with m When I called to make my appointment to service my car the girl was rude from the beginning of the conversation. I told her I was having issues with my car alarm going off. As I was explaining what was happening with my car she rudely interrupted me and said next available appt isn't until 1:30. I show up for my appointment at 1 and they take my car right back. They said they would give me a call so I go to grab something to eat. I get back to the dealership at 4:00pm. The guy sees me and says let me go check on your car. He comes back out and says they haven't looked at it yet because there is only ONE guy here today that is dealing with the electrical/programming. Why did I have an appt at 1:30 if you knew there is only one guy that can check my car out because I told you what was wrong when I called? So now it's been here for 2.5 hours and no one has looked at it! And it is now 5:30 pm and I am still waiting for my car! my car should not take this long if it was looked at at my appointed time or even if you were a half hour late! Ridiculous service! I would have rather you say I have nothing available today and schedule me for another day that I'm not waiting 4+hours! More

I have never had an experience as I did this time around. The sales team did a phenomenal job helping me find something that met my needs and expectations. But once I walked over to the finance department MY experience turned south. The finance professional I worked with was very condescending in his tone and way he spoke with me. I was ready to sign the papers for my new car until dealing with this gentleman who made me feel insignificant and as if my business was unwanted. My overall desicion after a back and forth power struggle with this gentleman was to get up, retrieve my old car and walk out. I returned to the dealership the following day, this time with a check in hand to purchase the same vehicle only to watch the finance person tell his colllegue he did not want to deal with me. When I asked to speak with the manager. He refused! And I simply went on with the deal in a sense to just get out of there. I was very unhappy leaving the dealership with my new vehicle not because of the car or sales experience but because of my ordeal with the finance associate. I believe 3 was my lucky number I will not be returning to Barbera for another purchase. More

Amazing sales men Craig silver was excellent at helping me find a car I was happy with. I was a bit skeptical about what car I would be spending my hard earned money on Craig silver was excellent at helping me find a car I was happy with. I was a bit skeptical about what car I would be spending my hard earned money on and he was very understanding, patient and just made my car shopping experience fun and less overwhelming. I was recently in a car accident and needed a car fast. Not only did he help me find a car that I love but he made me feel as if I was getting the best for my money and I appreciate him so much.
