Huckster Finance Manager I approached Barbera with an offer in hand from a competing dealer, Reedman-Toll, for a nice Dodge Charger. I had shopped 4 or 5 dealers and my purpo I approached Barbera with an offer in hand from a competing dealer, Reedman-Toll, for a nice Dodge Charger. I had shopped 4 or 5 dealers and my purpose was to see if they would beat the deal. The finance manager named Will Rumpa swooped in and assured me that they would compete. I shared with him that I had been shopping for 2 weeks and needed an answer quickly, he turned on his "used car salesman" charm and assured me that they would do everything in their power to get my business. 24 hours later, after being strung along, and delayed, via phone, all day I was told that their best offer was one that was $250/month higher than the very specific monthly payments from a competing dealer that I had shown Will the previous evening. When I finally got a hold of him on the phone he tried to deflect and said if I was offered those type of numbers elsewhere I should have bought the car long ago. I asked him why they didn't just tell me up front that they couldn't compete, but instead wasted a day of my life, and he had nothing but "huckster car salesman" deflections about how all dealers pay the same and blah, blah, blah... The entry level folks were all descent and kind people. A salesman named Andy and an internet department person named Arthur were particularly helpful. It was when I had to deal with Will Rumpa that I decided I will never set foot in that dealership again and I will be buying many more Chargers over the course of my life. More

I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a car. The only problem that I had was the time it took for me to take possession of the car. I arrived around 7PM and meet with Aaron, he then notified the finance department to have the paperwork for me to sign. I purchased this car by cash so there was no financing paperwork involved. Aaron reviewed all the things involved with the car. We then went out and sat in it and he showed me all of its features. He also kept checking to see if the paperwork was ready. Finally around 9PM it was ready and I signed everything. It just seems that it took a very long time for the paperwork to be ready for me to sign Aaron kept apologizing for the time it was taking. He is an excellent salesperson! More
