Horrible customer service. Truck has a recall. I went to make an appointment and told them i work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. I can't take time off, or give my truck up and b Truck has a recall. I was literally told Enterprise rent a car was right next door. So, they want you to rent a car on your own dime, while they fix a factory recall, on a vehicle with full warranty.
