My problem is not with Banks. I have been dealing with them for more than 40 years. I have the upmost respect for them and the employees including Justin, my service adviser this time. They deserve a 5 star. It is with GM, In your eyes, What constitutes the need for a recall? WHO absorbs the cost when the warrantee runs out? How many things are treated this way?
