I bought a new HD 2500 GMC Sierra from Banks a few months ago. Was having problems with trailer wiring so I made an appointment. Also gave me a loaner truck to use for a few hours why they worked on mine, they called me promptly when it was done all covered under warranty. I am always satisfied with the service at Banks. The folks that check you in are always friendly helpful. The only thing this last time is I wished I was infomed about my cabin and engine filters. On the inspection sheet they were checked off as should be replaced and I would have done it then and it would have saved me a trip to Concord. I realize though that fokls get busy and it is just impossible to keep up with everything, and I should have checked the inspection sheet before I left.
