I was not a person who liked buying from Banks. My husband went to Banks every time he bought a vehicle. When he passed away I needed to trade in the GMC Arcadia, it was too large of a vehicle fo My husband went to Banks every time he bought a vehicle. When he passed away I needed to trade in the GMC Arcadia, it was too large of a vehicle for me. I liked sedans. I could not find anything on the lot so the gentleman who was helping me asked if I wanted to create a sedan. I said yes, I liked the CT5 Cadillac, we did so and 8-9 weeks later I had my new Cadillac. I love it. Nice smooth ride and very comfortable. The dash I am still working on but I will succeed in learning it all. I did have a back right shock loose but the salesperson who helped me throughout the rest of everything else made an appointment with the service department and within the day I had my Cadillac back.
